Neetu Chandra's Hindi film '13 B' against lead actor R Madhavan is in theaters now. The other cast of the film include Sachin Khedekar and Poonam Dhillon. The story is about a family that moves into flat number 13 B on the 13th floor. The women folk of the family are fond of a TV series "Sab Khairiat".
